Inloco MetaTalks
Held within the immersive environment of Inloco Metaverse, Inloco MetaTalks is a pioneering conference series focusing on the semiotics of virtual worlds. The metaverse – a social and interactive digital realm – enables users to explore, create, and engage with cutting-edge technologies such as VR/AR, AI, avatars, and digital twins, all of which are shaping the next-generation internet. These talks examine how cultural representation is evolving in this new digital space, with a particular emphasis on the unique regional dynamics of the GCC countries. Inloco MetaTalks unpacks the distinct language, symbols, and cultural narratives emerging in the metaverse through discussions and public talks.

The Semiotics of Virtual Worlds
- Olga KaiMetaverse strategist at Inloco Gallery, Dubai. Researcher of virtual worlds focusing on the dynamics of identity formation and cultural representation in digital environments. The organizer of digital and phygital events, bridging the virtual and physical worlds.
- Ivan PuzyrevIvan Puzyrev is the CBDO and co-founder of the W3rlds platform, based in the UAE, with over 10 years of experience in digital strategy, specializing in spatial computing and city-scale extended reality. His portfolio includes projects with Dubai Culture, Hermitage Museum, Venice Biennale, Lexus, and Museum of the Future. He also leads Spatial Computing courses at Heriot-Watt University, SAE, and the University of Wollongong in Dubai.
- Agalar RagimovAgalar Ragimov, originally from Uzbekistan and currently based in Dubai for over a decade, is a seasoned creative professional with a master’s degree in Industrial Design and more than 20 years of experience in digital graphics. As the co-founder of SpaceTo.io, an agency specializing in creating dynamic metaverse environments that elevate brand experiences, he leads a team of 15 designers. For the past seven years, he has focused on the metaverse, regularly speaking on Metaverse Development, including as a TEDx speaker, and actively contributing to its growth.
